Ed Austin is a Director of Enderley Consulting and a solicitor with extensive experience advising law firms on regulatory compliance and governance. He specialises in new law firm and Alternative Business Structure (ABS) authorisation, compliance with the SRA Standards and Regulations, the SRA Accounts Rules, and practical COLP and COFA support.
Ed regularly assists firms at critical stages of development, including start-up, growth, restructuring and regulatory engagement. His work includes designing compliance frameworks, advising on governance structures, supporting regulatory applications and carrying out AML audits and training.
